Pop-Up Bagpipe Performance at Eastside Plaza

Join Vicki in/around Waves Seafood & Grill for a pop-up performance on her traditional Scottish Great Highland Bagpipes.

As a student of Margaret Houlihan, senior instructor at the National Piping Centre in Glasgow Scotland, she competes at the Grade 3 level in the CLASP, the Competition League for Amateur Solo Pipers.

Note, as the pipes are sensitive to moisture, this performance is subject to change.
